How Do I Sign Up?
Signing up on Articles You Want is easy. Simply, click on “Register” beneath the log in box. You will be asked to create a username and to input your email address. From there, you will be emailed a password to access the site with your username. You can later change the password to something easier to remember.
How Do I Create Additional Pen Names?
On the left hand side of your screen, you will see a “Users” menu. You may need to click to the right of the word “Users” to expand the menu. You will then see “Add New.” Click on “Add New” and you will see a username, first name, last name, email, website and password. Your username, first and last name, email and password are required. Simply enter this information for your new author. You can use the email address you originally signed up with so that you can have numerous users or authors under your account. When submitting articles, be certain to log in to the correct username.
How Do I Submit an Article?
On the left hand side of your screen, you will see a “Posts” menu. Here you will find “Edit” for editing previously submitted articles and “Add New” for creating new articles. Simply click on “Add New” and the article submission screen will appear. We do not have a separate box for you to enter your resource box in, so be certain to include it at the end of your articles if you want to link back to your website.
How Do I Complete My Profile?
On the left hand side of your screen, you will see a “Users” menu. Beneath it, you will see “Your Profile.” This screen will allow you to change the color of your author dashboard, change your name, change how your name will be displayed publicly and add additional information about yourself. This is also where you can change your password if necessary.
How Do I Edit My Articles?
If for some reason you need to edit your article, you can do so under the “Posts” tab. Simply click on “Edit” and a listing of your articles will be displayed. There may be several pages of articles depending on how many you have submitted, so be sure to go through the pages if you don’t see the article you’re looking for.
